Emma Mulholland on Holiday can offer an Exchange, Store Credit or Refund on full price items if you feel that your online purchase is not right.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to help you find the right fit. If you need to exchange your item you will be required to cover the postage of your return, and the shipping of the exchanged item back to you. This will be invoiced to you when your exchange is processed by our customer service team. Your order will be shipped once this payment has been completed.

* we are unable to accept pre-paid postage bags. 

STORE CREDIT

EM on Holiday will happily authorise Store Credit for any full priced product purchased from our online store (emonholiday.com) within 14 days* of the product's original delivery date. Your satisfaction is our main priority and we want you to enjoy your online shopping experience with us!

Items returned for store credit, will only be accepted if; - the goods are in saleable condition, with all tags still intact; - the goods have not been worn, damaged or washed; - the goods are returned within 10 working days of purchase date; and - the original invoice as proof of purchase is provided. We can only issue one store credit per transaction.

RETURNS

Although you may try on an item, all returned products must be returned in new and unused condition with all swing tags attached and protective packaging intact. If you would like to return a product simply email us at sales@emonholiday.com with your order number in the subject line, within 14 days of delivery for return delivery instructions.

After the expiry of the 14 day period, no Refund or Store Credit can be offered. The cost of sending back the product is at the customer's expense and original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we deem the product faulty, in which case we will reimburse you for the product and shipping costs upon our inspection.

EM on Holiday can not be held responsible for any lost or undelivered returns; for this reason, we strongly recommend using a tracking service when sending the product back to ensure it’s safe delivery with us.

You will receive your Refund or Store Credit once we have received and approved that the product is in its original condition. A return processing time of up to 5 business days may apply.

EM on Holiday reserves the right to refuse a refund if these terms are not met.
